The issue boils down to this: Are we going to stand by while we are being invaded and allow Mexico to take everything Americans have fought and died for, sacrificed, built and endured?

Make no mistake about it, this is an invasion. The Mexican government has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal entry into their country (like anybody would want to go there anyway) yet they facilitate the lowest levels of their population streaming across the border into ours.
Its a win-win for them. They rid their country of the problem of surplus population living in poverty while receiving 23 Billion dollars in money sent back to their economy from the illegals here in ours. It's like manna from heaven for them, they don't have to do anything for it except pass out water bottles and maps.
I say it's time for Operation Wetback II. The first one occurred under Truman (a Democrat) at the end of WW II and all the illegal Mexicans were deported back to Mexico. We have areas on our southern border that Americans can't travel through because of violent illegal aliens ignoring our laws - parties over, time to go, Jose.

Ann, not a day goes by that I don't ask myself that same question. The feelings of frustration, hopelessness and despair are sometimes overwhelming. In most cases for me it is because I have sat back for so long and have done so little. Both political parties have let the American people down. What we are experiencing stems from cognitive plans to destroy our Constitution and discredit the Natural Laws that our way of life is founded on. The reconditioning of the children started 100 years ago. It has gotten progressively more brazen as time has gone by. The material that my kids are taught in school contradicts my principals and values. I've only periodically spoke out. I'm not an active participant in the process of their education. I check their work and grades and talk to the teachers as needed. I do all the "right" things, or so I thought. I don't challenge the district. I don't challenge the system. You ask what we can do, for starters protect our young. Protect them from the left wing socialist doctrine. Reinforce who our founders are, what they stood for and what they came here to achieve. Teach them how to stand against the crowd and be ok with it. Being different isn't bad. Teach them that failure is good, it is what enables greater success. The attach on our civilization runs deep and is fully entrenched. So are we. God is the foundation that our form of Government is founded on, a moral high ground. I don't care what God or who's. We are all accountable to a higher being some day. Feel free to pick the one of your choice and live in a way that will honor him...or her. We must fire any and all of our elected officials that don't respect and represent their constituents. Party lines are irrelevant. I think I have ranted long enough on this point.
As for the Illegals immigration issue our system has to be reformed. If we don't secure the border first and foremost anything else we do is a waist of time. This is the only conversation that can be had at this point end of story. You will pump water out of a sinking ship forever unless you stop the leak. At the end of the day unless the leak is fixed all you do is waste resources trying to address the symptom. As sad as it is to say, the chick with the bull horn has as much rights to the plaza as the guy on the stage. Her babble is no different that the terrible things that the New Black Panther members shout thru bull horns encouraging terrible acts on white people and their "cracker babies". These people are well within their legal rights. I isn't right, I know. The Capitalism they claim to have a problem with is what gives them the opportunity to provide their country with its #2 income producer. Second only to oil. Their is a point of contact that the bull horn would fit into nicely. The people holding the signs and being obnoxious are the klingons that are exploiting the crisis. Yes they are pandering to the Hispanic vote. No our government doesn't want to secure our border despite the fact that our Southern border is a literal war zone. As many people die on our border as Soldiers, Marines, Sailors and Airmen in our war on Terror. The only way their will be any progress is if we get leaders in office that will follow the will of the people. Even then it seems a judge is able to rule against the people....

I read alot about how we are not going to take the illeals burning our American flag. What was really bad was listening to that stupid girl with the horn yelling out on it so loud that I cold no longer hear the American geneleman that was speaking. It is sad to see that many police and sheriff deputies standing around and not at least telling them to "shut up" or leave the area. If I was a policeman I would of arrested her for disturbing the peace. If any American had of behaved that way, you better believe we would be punished.

Last nights post got sent prior to being finished. My last sentence ended with - party lines. I'm not going to continue to much more on that point. I will respond to the follow up posts.
Remember as the political climate gets hotter and more volatile that our elected leaders are the same liberal, communist and socialist hippies that burned flags and protested my fathers service in Vietnam. They are also the same politicians that didn't allow us to finish the job we started in the first Gulf war. I too am a Vet, we must be disciplined enough to know that our lines are being probed. The "enemy" is testing us, pushing us trying to get a response. I understand the anger that is felt, I get it. I fly a flag in my front yard. I will defend it against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. I wont walk carelessly into an ambush, to do so is irresponsible. The idiots protesting in Phx. are just that idiots. Who are they really...? As veterans we have a responsibility to help identify our "enemy" and expose the plan that they are exacting upon us. Becoming a criminal to punish criminals will only discredit you and more importantly the cause. Our children fighting in wars all over this world have rules of engagement that they must follow.(I find them oppressive, dangerous and misguided)They do so with literal guns to their heads and loose their lives to protect and defend the nation of laws that we live in. To be very clear, I am no pacifist. When the time comes "Pick up a weapon and follow me." Now isn't the time.

I think you guys may be missing the point, somewhat. This is what the current leadership wanted from the git-go. They wish to make new-wave Dumbocrat voters out of these bloody anal drips. I would be surprised if any sort border security is enforced(by the Federal Gov't) before the 2012 elections! But let me tell you what else they want: They want true patriots to resort to violence,evil & villiany so they can call us biggots,xenophobes,racists etc. There will come a time when we have to fight,perhaps physically, but now we must fight with our minds. We would also do good to try and seek Jesus in this situation. I'll bet he's on our side but it is best to be sure. Be vigilant, Be ready & Be patient Real Americans. Remember in November & tell everyone who'll listen!
