Rev. Larry-When it comes to obama-soetoro and muslim extremists, I cannot really tell you "what" I think; it is NOT printable and would make you blush.  I like to think I am a good Christian, but I have NO cheek left to turn! There is an old saying that fits well, here- - "Lie to me once, shame on you; lie to me twice, shame on me" - -You can convert that to read "Hurt me once, etc"  - - -some may "forgive" the treason that has occurred, over the past eleven years, but "WE WILL NEVER FORGET"!!

Larry, I think we talked about this a while back.  It was actually a Rabbi who wrote an article that hit me like God planting the idea himself.

Before we can "forgive anyone"?  They must ask to be forgiven first.

Otherwise, it is foolish to forgive someone who isn't sorry they did something to harm you and will do it again if given the opportunity.

I am not saying forgiveness is easy.

Jesus Christ while hanging on the cross cried out to His Father, "Father, Forgive them for they know not what they do."

If it was easy we wouldn't need GOD'S HELP...NOR each other.

Also, forgiving does NOT mean accepting. Nor does forgiving and loving as The Lord God commands mean we are never to fight a righteous war when it is necessary, see the entire books of Joshua and Revelation.

Also I editied some of my replies INTO your comments so as to answer there.

In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab [Muhammad] of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, with the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth. Adopting from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God; he connected indissolubly with it, the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new Revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war, as a part of his religion, against all the rest of mankind. THE ESSENCE OF HIS DOCTRINE WAS VIOLENCE AND LUST: TO EXALT THE BRUTAL OVER THE SPIRITUAL PART OF HUMAN NATURE [Adams' capital letters]… Between these two religions, thus contrasted in their characters, a war of twelve hundred years has already raged. The war is yet flagrant… While the merciless and dissolute dogmas of the false prophet shall furnish motives to human action, there can never be peace upon earth, and goodwill towards men…The precept of the Koran is, perpetual war against all who deny, that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat: but the command to propagate the Moslem creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective. The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force.

The ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the Prophet, that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman who should be slain in battle was sure to go to Paradise.
- Thomas Jefferson

As I have often said , Islam is the religion of SATAN .

This might be surprising to learn.  Joseph Smith who founded the Mormon Religion wanted to be the 2nd Mohammed

...."I will be a Second Mohammed."

This amazing discovery was revealed yesterday after days of hard work pouring over copies of the original parchments that Muslims claim were written by Muhammad.

“I had heard of hidden messages that could be heard when a record [for those of you born after 1990 a record was round and played music - like a big CD] was played backwards so I decided to read the Koran backwards to see if there were any hidden messages in it – I was bored, what can I say? – and I was startled by what I found.”

Cleric Abba Dabadu showed this reporter the notes he had scribbled in the margins of the copies of the original Koran.

“The world was right! Muslims are a backward people but only because we’ve been reading the Koran backwards!” He pointed to one section. “See here, what we have always believed to be the end of the Koran is really the beginning. And here it clearly shows that the Koran, correction, the Narok, was not written by Muhammad as we originally thought but by a woman – A WOMAN – named Dammahum.”

So what does this mean for Islam?

It's easy to pray and demand respect.

It's difficult to go to school for 12 years and challenge the edges of science and actually fix something or someone.

It's easy to pass a rah-rah Bible class with adequate displays or adoration for the teacher

but logic is a real discipline and although everyone thinks they use it - there are rules to logic that disprove some of the most obvious and accepted wisdoms - like 'religious people make better teacher because they are moral'.

But don't holler at that!  I too am a believer.  It is just that, if the writers of scripture heard the word then I can hear it too.  Oh!  I'm not good enough to hear the Lord but they were?   How do you know?  They say so?

Some people call that naturalist, if you must, but I do not believe in human (or animal) sacrifice.  heh,

The Muslims   are  from  the  devil!  If a belief doesn't come through the old testament -through Moses and -through Christ, they are from the devil.  From Christ,  there is a genealogy from the early church fathers through to today.  Anything straying from that path is from the devil.

Much as many  would not like to believe they are doing what the devil likes, they must look at facts and PRAY  A  LOT    and ask for guidance.  God  WILL   answer prayers that are asking for the truth and have FAITH  that He will guide you. I have heard of people who did not believe in God  who tried as they were asked to  say  "   God if you are true,  let me know it"  and he did.  He will also answer the question  "show me your true faith"  and He WILL.

Do  the math:  Each apostle taught by Christ (11 of them) went out to teach  and garnered say at least 2 converts a year, to become successors, multiplied by about 2000 would be 44,000 of those apostles now teaching  THE SAME   THING  ALL  OVER  THE  WORLD. In fact it will be much more than that because you have to multiply each of the successors by at least 2 also and that would be millions.  BUT   THEY CAN'T BE  TEACHING  ALL  DIFFERENT  DOGMAS.  Those are from the first apostles.   If you are following a "one of a kind church" you are not following  the teaching of Christ.   Anything less than the figures above - you are in the wrong "church"  - one which has strayed from the one that Christ started.  One which the devil has lured you from and has convinced you, you are following rightly.  Better look farther and study the largest following to see if you have been misled. There is a set of books  FAITH OF OUR FATHERS     that are letters of  the  first successors to their followers and they tell of exactly what they teach.  This teaching should be carried into today in your church and if not - you are in the wrong church.  If only all the muslims could understand this.  They are so full of hate which Mohammed taught and Christ taught love. A BIG difference. The only way to convert these people is give it  to GOD   and  PRAY

PLEASE  GOD   HELP  US            How many times a day can you say  this ?   and mean it?
