James W. Cowan, congressional and other subpoenae can be issued and enforced by many public authorities, given the will to do so.

People like Limbaugh do a disservice to efforts to expose Obama's lies by legal process when they simply roll over and accept Obama's lies and concealment, without demanding the official investigation that would disprove them.

Information already available make a prima facie case that Obama is neither black nor President. Why, then, does Limbaugh insist on deeming Obama's a black President? Limbaugh insists on inquiry in all other matters? Why does he surrender on the most fundamental questions - Does Obama really have a Negro birth parent? and Is Obama really President of the United States?

Albert, I agree with yiu.  Subpoenas have been served only to be ignored and dropped following a ruling by a different judge.  (So how do we get past liberal justice?)

What a bunch of fools, Rush Limbaugh among them.

Official investigation, starting with subpoenae of Obama's DNA and vital records, would resolve the issue of constitutional eligibility at birth and expose the hoax of a Negro parent.

It would also disclose that Obama relinquished his American citizenship, hence his constitutional eligibility, in favor of his underlying Indonesian citizenship when he came of age. It would also disclose that he is a Comintern agent implementing the Comintern strategy of allying with Islam to destroy the West and that he works daily to destroy the Constitution and America.

The only effective weapon against Obama is the truth. But Limbaugh, instead of demanding congressional investigation of Obama, just rants and raves against a "President", which investigation would show Obama isn't, who is "black" which investigation would show Obama isn't.

Like many smart people, Limbaugh is profoundly stupid when it comes to Obama, a dedicated ignoramus when it comes to the most important facts. And dedicated to remaining ignorant on that subject.

It looks like it will take a general strike of the People to force American officials to expose the truth about Obama.

Rush is right.  We should be occupying Washington all the time, but that requires some funding and THERE IS NO REACH PATRIOTS that would be willing to support resistance.  Where is hope?

We didn't lose the election, it was stolen.  BO got 99% of the vote where only 80% of the population are registered. This makes me sick.

Take the money, salary, career, lifetime retirement and benefits out of "serving" and maybe just maybe they will understand they work FOR us not AGAINST us!

But how are we ever going to get them to vote for that? We are screwed. How can we fix it? We need new guards who are willnig to agree to the above, amend the Constitution where it specifically says that Congress will have NO POWER to vote for their salaries, raises, benefit packages and reitrement without the votes of (make it more than 2/3) the people and that whatever laws Congress makes, they are subjected to them (no guns then they have no guns, Obamacare, then they have Obamacare).

Until we get in their and re-set if you will the guidelines we the people will always lose!
