I do NOT see where this headline is true....

Unless in it's natural form/state, and is naturally occuring, there are great penalties called out for such actions or even for just "having" such materials or systems...at least, that's how I read the actual text!

Besides, there are lot more us "US" than there are of "THEM"....and we are not Canadians or British...we still have our guns and ammo!
