Rand Paul Confirms There is Always Hope

Courageous Tea Party Senator Rand Paul confirmed my statement that no one can foresee the future well enough to be totally fatalistic. Since the presidential election, discouraged patriots have been saying we have lost the country. Obama holds all the cards. All hope of restoring our country back to the vision of our Founding Fathers is gone. Game over.

As a Christian, I have encouraged patriots to keep the faith, stay on the battle field defending what is right. Situations can turn on a dime. Who could have foreseen that Rand Paul would challenge Goliath and win? Senator Rand Paul's successful Filibuster resulting in the White House backing down from their unconstitutional claim that Obama has a right to kill Americans without due process is huge.

I wonder if this latest Obama Administration attack on the Constitution (wanting the right to kill Americans on American soil without a trial) was their jump-the-shark-moment? This extremely scary attempt by the Administration really exposes Obama's Imperial President mindset and arrogance.

And quite frankly, why shouldn't Obama feel emboldened to do whatever he pleases including deciding who lives and who dies? Low info voters have sent Obama the message that as long as he keeps his vow to take care of them and punish the rich, they do not care about losing freedom or him shredding the Constitution. Along with the mainstream media firmly in his back pocket, it is understandable that Obama would think himself invincible – a supreme dictator – a king.

By attempting to secure unprecedented unconstitutional authority to kill Americans at will, Obama may have pushed the envelope a bit too far in the minds of the American people.

Also, I have noticed that a few in the mainstream media are criticizing Obama for closing down the White House tours to hype his bogus pain of sequestration.

And here is another breath of fresh air confirming that the country has not gone totally reprobate. The Bible miniseries is enjoying huge numbers, even beating the zombies.

So, to all you hopeless gloom and doomers in the Tea Party, stop it! There is always hope. You do not know what is going to happen tomorrow.

There is always hope because God is indeed in control of ALL things. He is working out His plan to reward those who believe in Him and punish those who do not. We are just watching all this beginning to unfold. The decline of our nation is due to our rejection of God and His law. Romans 8:28 says that God works "all things out for good for thsoe who love Him." Ultimately, right will prevail.

It will take an "army" of good people working together, with a single goal in mind" to defeat the socialist and their media. Yes, an army, this is war to save our republic. Less talk and more support for those who are leading this critical fight to save what is left and then rebuild this nation in the light of our founding. We are in the battle for our lives and for the future of our children and grandchildren.

We need men to fight for the Constitution and to stand up for their fellow Republicans who are brave enough to do as Rand Paul did and not be rebuffed by this "go along to get along" congressman who can;t seem to get out of his own way.

I'm very sincere in this prayer....I really,really want to believe in the words of Paul, Rubio and Cruz..but how long before the corruption of DC begins to corrupt their views?
They are living in a den of inequity...they are currently PARIAHS.....I truly hope they will inspire a revolution in Congress....but keep in mind this is just 3 vs. 450 plus members...Yes, it would be a MIRACLE.....but America is a country of miracles....
PRAY! I don't think God has totally forgotten us...HE knows the majority of America still embraces HIM....the Godless people have temporarily taken control....and that is what we have to deal with at present...God will PREVAIL....but we have to PRAY for his WILL to be done..
And we will have to temporarily endure the results of our negligence of HIM....

Comment by Gail Steelhammer-Cohen on March 11, 2013 at 1:04am: Well on one hand it is nice that people are tuning into "The Bible" miniseries - but if you noticed the segment on Sodom and Gomorrha did not bring up the point that homosexuality was also a factor in God wanting to destroy them - well I guess they felt they had to compromise in order to get the bulk of the message out - but frankly the Bible is the Bible and should not have the story added or subatracted.
