Mexico has no standing, throw their suit out!

So, Mexico is busy appealing to the liberal 9th district court of appeals, regarding an Arizona immigration law.

It seems to me, that Mexico, and its non-citizenry have no standing, since they are not US citizens, and Mexico is a country, not a citizen. What about the term, illegal immigrant don't you understand? Oh, I know, liberals will say its cruel to call them that, but excuse me, crossing the border without proper immigration procedures is a crime, so by default, they are defacto, illegal by having done so, and have broken law by having done so. Illegal and criminal.

Sorry, thats the law. Unfortunately, we don't uphold it in this country anymore, we just try to write new ones to tell the actual citizens to shut up and go away, and just keep paying more taxes to support anything the Democrats can invent to keep the takers voting for them, against the makers.

The jails are bursting with illegals. The cost of housing these people is great. Add to this, free legal defense. Every prisoner must have a medical evaluation before or by the 10 th day of being in jail. Their medical problems are expensive to the American citizens. And another over-looked problem is that the illegals send their money home to Mexico. They do not pay taxes, and Mexico has the benefit of more money in circulation ithat improves the Mexicican economy, not the USA.

It is interesting …..that the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1,890.00 and each can also get an additional $580. 00 in social assistance for a total of $2,470.00 .

This compares very well to a single pensioner who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012.00 on the average in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.

Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees!

Why is it that they cannot erradicate the drug cartels and all of the killings going on there. They have an army and navy. They have billions from oil sales and we still give them millinons in aid every year, why? We also inherit millions of their indigents who cross our borders illegally. The Obama administration in the meantime, stopped deporting illegals unless they commit felonies? The tax payers are again asked to support this additional law breakers. We have a bunch of bleeding heart politicians that just keep playing the fidle while our country goes into decline. The rank and file ICE agents wring their hands at the ordes from DHS Napolitano and DOJ Holder, now that has to really make anyone proud of trying to do their job. We're still waiting for closure on the "Fast and Furious" fiasco and murder of ICE agent Brian Terry.

Another might be to insist that those that you hire, use only e-verified personnel and quit going to places where their help is questionable. We talk big about this problem, but still frequent those places that hire people that know little english. And that's not all that easy to do. The stores we haunt might appear to follow the rules, but the clean-up crew is foreign. I know that this is discriminatory to those that might be here legally and have language barriers, but many of these folks keep their loyalties from us. If they stepped up against those that might harm this country instead of aiding and abetting them. protecting and sheltering them, then our country would be stronger....

The good hearts of the American people sacrificing some of what they have for those in need is a far cry from what happens when the government is involved. Look at St. Judes, Wounded warrior, march of dimes, Susan B........

With all that is going on with the fiscal cliff, gun control, health care rationing, executive orders, government confiscation, MSM propaganda....it is here! 2013 is when it will all start kicking in. Forming groups and banding together for aiding, supporting and planning is going to become vital. Obama has the blacks, women, gays, unions, illegal immigrants, students....all forming to face against us and their numbers are growing. We have laws in the USA. HE can follow them or leave. Obama is not going to follow our laws so it is up to us to help this person leave.
