Standing against big government and for the people!

LET ME BE BLUNT

I'm not rich and never have been. I never will be either.I have never made more than 42K per year in my life. I just happen to believe in opportunity. I have spent the past 5 years of my life championing the cause of small government and low taxes with my time, effort and money (over $3000.00 per year only to be undermined by "conservatives with a conscience" who couldn't bring themselves to vote for a Todd Akin or Richard Mourdock and a few other Conservative candidates. We were NOT defeated in the 2012 election cycle by liberals - we were defeated by people who could not bring themselves to vote for candidates chosen by We The People in the primaries.

Unless you "conservatives with a conscience" can put your consciences away in a closet for awhile and focus on winning I'm out of it. I don't have a dog in this fight. My kids are grown and fend for themselves. I'm not going to put myself through another 2 or 3 or 4 years of privation to further a cause that too many people won't see for what it is - a fight for the heart and soul of this country. I'm not going to die of old age championing a cause that too many won't take seriously. I will have to leave that fight to those who will be more affected by it that I will.

If any of you doubt that I'm talking to you be assured that if you equivacate on the First or Second Amendments or the Fourth or Tenth Amendments or the Fifth or Fourteenth AmendmentsI AM TALKING TO YOU. There can be NO equivocation, retreat or backpedaling. The good of the children is NO excuse!

The second group were the fence straddlers that wanted to remain neutral and the third group were the courageous individuals that believed in the notion that they had rights that were given to them by God. Thanks to the courageous minority that were willing to fight for freedom a nation was founded upon the principle of individual liberty and personal responsibility. Today there are those among us that wish to have us surrender our liberty in exchange for entitlements. When we a person takes property that does not belong to them, they have committed a crime. But when the government takes the harvest from a productive individual to gives it to another, they too, have committed a crime. Our Founding Fathers understood and were willing to fight and die to prevent a distant Monarch from stealing their property. Today the tyrants reside in Washington D.C. and they are out to pick our pockets. As long as the people remain asleep the Politicians will continue spending our money on unconstitutional programs that steal from the productive members of society to provide benefits to that are unwilling to take responsibility for their own success or failure. As long as we keep re-electing incumbents to Congress we are going to keep getting the same disgusting results. Those that we have been electing have been picking our collective pockets to buy the votes of those that are receiving special benefits. It is impossible for a government to provide benefits to one group of Americans without first taking it from another. When a person takes the property from another person they have committed a crime. When a government takes the property of one individual and gives it to another they have committed a crime. In the Preamble to the Constitution of the missions of our government is to promote the General Welfare not provide benefits for Specific individuals or groups. The time has come for you to decide to join the ranks of Traitors, Cowards or Patriots.

We are on a path to self destruction with the "leaders" being those who dropped acid and were flower children.

We need to try to save America with however many of us truly believe in her. It's easy to say aww shucks, I'm done. It's harder to keep trying every day to make a difference.

The people of the United States have become a strictly selfish group of individuals. OOOPS, I mispoke, there are no more individuals in this nation, at least not enough to make a difference. The people of the United Stares have become a nation of " FOLLOWERS ".
