I Second That Emotion, Part 2

One thing I've learned over the past four years, is that emotion plays into many aspects of our lives. It's how we can get our way, get what we want, change a person's mind, or make a person do something whey would not do otherwise. In essence, the emotions card can be the king. And this is how liberals and Democrats are getting their way with the majority of the population.

In general, the term liberal is defined as 'generosity at one's expense'. Liberal-minded individuals believe this wholeheartedly, that you should give but not receive. This is an extreme that has gotten blown out of proportion. When one says this, do they realize at what cost it's being done? The reason why the Obama administration has not passed a budget since his term in office is because a budget restricts them from spending frivolously to 'fulfill' what they promised. And they're pissed off at the top one percent of wage earners because they spend their money wisely and invest it. To liberals, they are the end-all-to-be-all of human existence, from cradle to grave. This is their ultimate goal. Frankly speaking, they know everything about everything, and we who are not like them possess a skull full of mush, unmoldable and misshapen. And this is where the emotions play in.

Liberals play with emotions, whereas conservatives deal with logic. When we make a decision with our heart in it, it's driven by personal feelings, because we don't want to see another person suffer. And we usually take the hit, sometimes to our detriment, whether positive or negative. This is how liberals have the majority of the electorate brainwashed, by feeding off their emotion-driven pleas. And in turn, fed negative, seething, sometimes rage-filled information, igniting class warfare. Hard to believe, but true.

When Jesus walked the Earth, some decisions he made were from his heart, yet he had to let his emotions take a back seat as to fulfill his Father's will. Many tempted to sway him, yet he saw through them, knowing it was Satan behind it. Though an idle mind is the devil's workshop, a misled heart is his playground. If a blind man leads a blind man, they both fall into a ditch, right? Though liberals' intentions are partially honorable, their hearts cloud their thinking, to where rational thought is seen as evil. 

We, as conservatives, know that our country is in trouble. We're headed for a cliff we might not survive. And despite what many say that we're doing the wrong thing, that we're not taking peoples' feelings into consideration, that is the best thing we are doing. Sometimes, feelings have to be hurt. Compromise is out of the question. Hearts have to be broken. And at the end of the day, we can stand back and say, 'Mr. Franklin, we kept our republic. Just as you sacrificed your lives, fortunes and sacred honor to found this country, we sacrificed our feelings and emotions for our fellow Americans to save this country.'
