Gun Control

There is NO DOUBT that there is a problem in which Guns are Used to commit crimes. I understand that we need to do a better job in Crime Prevention.  All of these STATISTICS which are being used by ANTI-GUN opponents are well known and are a KNOWN FACT.

But there seems to be another study which needs to be done to COMPARE GUNS vs. NO GUNS in the committment of crimes.  Does a CITIZEN have the RIGHT to Protect his FAMILY, PROPERTY and SAFETY by having ownership of a weapon? Has there been any study which shows that crime is prevented when the Criminal does not know if he will meet RESISTANCE when he attempts to break into your home?  The QUESTION IS PREVENTION vs. CRIMES COMMITTED.

There are millions of guns in the ownership of our Citizens. Does the GUN CONTROL  LOBBY advocate seizure of these FIREARMS from their owners?  Will CRMINALS find a way to obtain GUNS even though they cannot Qualify to purchase them LEGALLY?  What will prevent them from STEALING GUNS or using other qualified BUYERS as well as one of the MILLIONS of FIREARMS allready in the hands of LEGITIMATE OWNERS.  Many FIREARMS are TRANSFERRED from Original Qwnwers to 2nd, 3rd, 4th. ownersetc. and there is no record of current OWNERSHIP.

And then there is that trublesome "RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS" documented in the US CONSTITUTION. There may be a time when CITIZENS will need to protect themselves from those within our own borders who wish to CONTROL EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVES.  WHEN YOU VOTE IN THE NEXT ELECTION BE CERTAIN THAT THE CANDIDATE IS DEDICATED TO FOLLOWING THE US CONSTITUTION>
