FED JUDGE BLOCKS MO LAW REQUIRING INSURERS TO OFFER POLICIES EXCLUDING OBAMACARE BIRTH CONTROL COVERAGE

As reported on December 23 by Springfield’s KY3, a Federal Judge has utilized Federal Power in blocking a new Missouri law requiring insurers to offer policies that exclude Obamacare’s birth control coverage. The law, which was enacted this past September by Missouri leadership who finally listened to their constituent calls for interposition towards a tyrannical Federal Government – pushed for such an option in order to help secure the liberty of their people (the Republican-led Legislature even had to override a veto of Democratic Gov. Jay Nixon.). However, Judge Audrey Fleissig believes Missouri’s decision conflicts with Federal law that mandates such coverage, and has issued a temporary restraining order against Missouri.

KY3 states that, “Missouri’s law requires insurers to issue policies without contraception coverage if it runs contrary to the religious or moral beliefs of an individual or employer. The law appeared to be the first in the nation to directly rebut an Obama administration policy requiring insurers to cover birth control at no additional cost to women.”

Judge Audrey Fleissig  has also went on record as stating that she believes there “appears to be an irreconcilable conflict” between Missouri and Federal Rule.

Please contact Judge Fleissig and let her know that unconstitutional Federal actions will not be supported in Missouri! Address: 111 S. 10th Street, Suite 12.182, St. Louis, Missouri, 63102 Phone: 314-244-7420

In another victory for pro-life advocates challenging the pro-abortion HHS mandate in Obamacare, a pro-life Catholic group has won a legal battle in court to get an exemption from having to comply with the mandate.

The new mandate compels religious employers to pay for and refer employees for birth control, abortion-causing drugs and contraception in violation of employers’ religious beliefs.
