In Western Texas a little brown lizard can keep us from drilling. Nobody dee it much and the EPA says it might go extinct....well let it.

Species come and species go....that's the way it's always been.

Then, they would need to spend another ton of money to move them. They don't have any common sense. Congress needs to do away with the EPA.....

But that would require a good dose of common sense which is severely lacking in bureaucratic circles.
