Supreme Court Ruling: Rebirth of Tea Party

Dear Patriots, I am heartbroken, but fired-up more than ever! If the Tea Party was dying, the Supreme Court upholding Obamacare is unquestionably the rebirth of the Tea Party.

I briefly mourned the death of America as we know it. Upon stabilizing my emotions, I realized that as a Christian, I must trust God. I know some of you will want to slap me across the face for my optimism. Perhaps, the Supreme Court ruling is a blessing in disguise.

Had Obamacare been ruled unconstitutional, Obama's reelection team which includes the mainstream media would have launched a shock-and-awe campaign ranting – Four racist white guys and a black Uncle Tom took away your health care! The Supreme Court ruling has taken that evil low-rent scumbag way-of-thinking narrative away from the democrats.

I believe the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Obamacare will unify a majority of Americans to crawl over broken glass and walk across burning hot coals to vote for Mitt Romney. Obama getting a second term will mark the end of freedom and America as we know it.

Anyone who emails me saying they will not vote for Romney because he is not conservative enough, I will hunt you down and slap you! Just kidding, but you get my point.

Folks, we are about to lose our country. All foolishness, selfishness and pettiness must be cast aside.

We have been given an issue, repeal Obamacare, to rally voters to defeat Obama in a landslide. Let's roll!

Here's the Supreme Court's decision on Obamacare:

Read it carefully. It might be better described as "Roberts' Revenge". Remember all of the patronising, belittling and insulting remarks Obama has made about the Supreme Court? Roberts has handed them a Pyrrhic victory. But it is now up to all of us, to make sure, that every one of the 70%, that oppose Obamacare, get to the polls.

As he pointed out, elections have consequences. The Supreme Court is not there to protect us from our own foolishness. Get out, and make sure that everyone, who agrees with you, is either at the polls on election day, or registered for an early ballot. It's in our hands now, folks. The onus, is on us, if we lose.

I have to agree with Wes McKay, at least in part. After all, I have been preaching lo these many months about how voter apathy and ignorance got us into this mess, that the current occupant of what is now the Kremlin-on-the Potomac is there because so many stupid people put him there. There is some truth to the statement made by Jeremiah Wright about chickens coming home to roost, although not in the way he meant it. Maybe now Americans will wake the hell up!

There needs to be a anti-tax anti-govt health care march organized all over the country to take place soon.

OK, Folks, slow down and take a deep breath.

Now, go look at the arguments that the Solicitor General used to justify this "Obortion" of a law. Part of his argument was, that the penalty was a tax. Roberts took him at his word.

Then Roberts wrote his opinion. Because it appeared to support Obamacare, the Libs signed off on it. But a careful reading shows that it limits the Commerce Clause, as it's never been limited before. I guess Ginsberg finally read it, she's furious!

Roberts' reading of the Constitution is dead on, and his decision is correct. He's pointed us to the way we need to go.

As more and more people read, and carefully study, Roberts' decision, it will become clear that this man is truly, a Constitutional expert, and, might I add, a genius. He has, with one action, ended both Obamacare, and, run away Liberalism.

Go read his opinion, then read the Commerce Clause of the Constitution. It's pure genius!

If we want to end Obamacare, it's up to us. Not the Supreme Court!

We all knew 2010 was only a beginning. 2012 is just the next step. It took us nearly a hundred years of "letting George do it". Ignoring politics, letting the selfish and power hungry take our country from us. We're not going to get it back in a couple of elections. Roberts has showed us what we have to do, and given us the tools to do it. It's up to us to get off our butts and use those tools.

Don't act like Libs and let your emotions guide you. Use your minds, the Constitution and the thoughts of other critical thinkers to guide your actions.

Oops! Correction: The decision is actually Marbury vrs Madison, 1803.

There are several things that should be remembered:

1)  Focus is good to a point; a magician gets his audience focused so he can be successful in his "slight-of-hand"

2) The Supreme Count was NEVER supposed to decide on matters of Constitutuionality; the American people were by means of Civil Grand Juries. Justice John Marshall (tenure 1801-1835), following Maurury vrs Madison, declared that the Supreme Court had the exclusive power to decide all things relating to the Constitution thus hijacking the power of the people to decide on the Constitutionality of a "thing"!

3) the Holder Contempt issue is very like the Clinton trial of 1999 ... when the UNITED STATES had the opportunity to come out of bankruptcy (the UNITED STATES is now in its 4th); his trial was the needed "diversion" of the Master Magicians so that the people would not demand that the US come out of bankruptcy (a national bankruptcy lasts 70 years / 1789, 1859, 1929, 1999, do the math and correlate the events). .

WE must all BEWARE the "SMOKE and MIRRORS" being presented to us in a MAGICIAN'S SWINDLE! There may be something far more sinister afoot that we are NOT supposed to SEE!. Look beyond the obvious for the truth!

I just went to Obama's phone bank. He has over 20 meet ups in a 40 mile radius of my home tonight to make phone calls for Obama.

We need to make more calls than the left and educate every American that Obama just placed the biggest tax hike on their family in the history of the US. Get involved. make some calls!!!

Ginsburg was throwing a huge fit over the ruling and with good reason. Roberts just increased states rights and limited the use of the commerce clause. In the future, the federal government can't give money to the states with strings attached. And Roberts returned the commerce clause to its original purpose so politicians will now have to state that they are levying a TAX on the American people instead of hiding behind the commerce clause. All the years of the liberal courts expanding the meaning of the commerce clause has just been reversed.

Like it or not, Roberts is a STRICT Constructionist who is NOT an activist judge.

Maybe what we really wanted was activist judges who rule for conservative causes.

This issue of socialized healthcare vs freedom will be decided by WE THE PEOPLE in November. You can't sit on the sideline and complain. Pick your side - If you choose Romney and no taxation:

Sign up NOW and start making calls for Romney TODAY. Take back America!!!

The system calls you so it is free unless you get charged for incoming calls. It also blocks your phone number from being seen.

Repeal and replace requires majorities in the House and the Senate and removing Obama. Start working TODAY!!!!!
