The National Right To Work organization is reporting that a bill that is being voted on Wednesday- which is more money for defense spending, has an amendment that will force police and firefighters to join the unions! This is dangerous- if the union calls a strike, then you have no one to protect you! Call your congressman and say vote no on forced unionization for police and firefighters.

Dick Morris has been running ads in 4 states geared to 18-30 age group. They have mostly been for obamacare. He knew the ads would make a difference, but he was quite surprised by the difference they made. After seeing the ad, support for obamacare tumbled. Only 25% supported it! I forget the exact number that opposed, but it's about 60%. He wants to run more ads in more key states. Please donate to this cause if you can! www.dickmorris.com

I received an email from the Doug Hoffman campaign- he just unconceded the Nov 3 race, because it has been discovered that mistakes were made in counting the votes (Acorn fraud involved-Surprise!) in Oswego, it had been reported he lost by 700 votes, but it turns out some were incorrectly reported, and he actually won by 1500 votes. There are 10,000 absentee ballots that could decide the race- he is asking for donations to help with recount/lawyers- donate if you can- he may win after all!

I saw an email from Tea Party Patriots in which they gave out their fax number, and they said if you write your senator and other key senators a hand written letter with your personal message, and fax it to Tea Party Patriots #, they will hand deliver your letter to them. They said a personal message has a big impact, and a letter has to be read by the senator, not an aide. I wrote 2 letters, one to my senator, Liberman, and also to Blanche Lincoln, Arkansas, and faxed to the phone # that was… Continue

I subscribe to a newsletter called The American Sentinel put out by Lee Bellinger
I have found his information to be quite helpful, and he gets "inside information" on what is going on. He writes in his latest issue that he is pleased with the way people went to town halls to protest the health care plan.
He is proposing an online petition called The Town Hall Listening act of 2009
