Gun ban advocates are back on the "no guns for the insane" rant again In lieu of the ex-LA cop incident. I just have a few questions regarding this one-size fits all Band-Aid approach.... who is going to decide the litmus test to classify someone "crazy" enough to get their 2nd amendment rights taken away? Will this be as loose of a definition as "terrorist" where it can be applied at will be the official's definition of that word? Will this litmus test given embody ones political views or…Continue
article below by Nina Shea about the Istanbul Process (highlights added), which was recently posted on National Review Online.

Currently, I live with my dad, my brother, and my aunt. In exchange for a little rent money and some chores, I get to stay here, until I can get my P.I.'s license. I'm working on classes for that purpose; not that I need to, just that it would be nice to have the knowledge before I jump into the job.
My dad smokes, and my aunt smokes. Because they live on a fixed income, they buy the cheapest tobacco products they can: rolling papers/filler tubes, and tobacco itself. So, Dad…Continue

David Frum is a writer who, in 1997, engaged in a spirited online debate with homosexual writer Andrew Sullivan over the topic of homosexual "marriage." In over 5,500 words of text, Frum was articulate, cogent, and compelling in his opposition to radically redefining marriage, saying that "this request isn't just misplaced, but is actually logically impossible." Now, however, Frum has changed his mind. In a…Continue

An article I wrote which was meant to be tongue-in-cheek, but does paint a very real picture of what actually happens on a daily basis in favor of Islam and it's barbaric, lunacy.
The Bill of Rights pertaining to the United States of Arabia as rewritten by the current Muslim in office and enforced by his Islamic Enforcers…Continue

How much more will WE, the People take?
We have heard a lot lately about the Unions and the "right" to bargin, i.e. unions. My question to you all, is there really a right? If so, where is it stipulated? Where is it identified as a right, such as the 1st and 2nd amendment? If it's a right, who declared it? The government? If the govenment declared it, than can the government remove it? Is it a God given right? If so, where is that stated? And if it is, why are only about 8% of Americans in unions?
