Democratic crossover votes to spoil Republican Primaries.

Obama is running uncontested. He can have 1 vote and still get the nomination. How can we keep the Democrats from voting for the easiest candidate (Romney, Gingrich Pawlenty) for Obama to beat. We want to win this election, not take the pap the other side allows us to run with. I can see a convention with no clear winner going into the late hours aver two or three votes and who would emerge after that? Somebody not running?

Anybody want to go to the hospital?

Backdoor Drugs

Amid growing reports of price gouging for life-saving drugs, half of hospital officials said they've bought medications from backdoor suppliers during recent drug shortages, a new survey shows, reports MSNBC.com.

  • Fifty-two percent of hospital purchasing agents and pharmacists reported they had bought drugs from so-called "gray market" vendors during the previous two years, according to a just-released survey of 549 hospitals by the Institute for Safe…

3 green energy companies (I use this term loosely) have closed their doors, going out of business and filing for bankruptcy, the latest from CA

In addition,so much for all that alternative "green" energy being the country's savior for job creation!  There was another report that many of the birds in CA taken off the endangered animals/birds lists will probably be put back on because of the birds' "deaths due to windmill…

EEOC & Alcoholism!

"Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc., a trucking company with a service center in Fort Smith, Ark., violated federal law by discriminating against at least one truck driver because of self-reported alcohol abuse, the EEOC charged in a lawsuit.

"The company should have met its legal obligation to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) while assuring safety, rather than permanently sidelining self-reporting drivers, the EEOC contended."

So let me break it down… Continue

Muslims Riot at NYC Amusement Park

Yes, I can imagine the Muslims screaming Allah Akbar as they fought with the Park Rangers.

It's just coincidental timing, that's all. Yeah, sure.

President Obama has requested to address the Congress in joint session about his "new" jobs initiatives on the same night as the previously scheduled NBC-Politico co-sponsored GOP debate on September 7.

One: Poor NBC-MSLSD and Politico. They (a) are co-hosting the September 7th GOP debate, (b) almost nobody watches MSLSD already, (c) they've all been slobbering over Obama ever since the 2008 campaign, and (d) now their "main man" steps (stomps?) all over their big debate air…

The Washington Times

A federal district judge halted Alabama's tough new immigration law Monday just days before it was to take effect, making it the latest state to see a crackdown law blocked by a court.

Tax Reform on GOP Congressional Agenda this Fall

Unfortunately, the GOP-controlled House can pass any bill that it wants, but the Dem-controlled Senate will not go along with it, and Obama can veto it. Still, I believe there is hope for some tax reform, especially reducing the corporate tax rate and eliminating some corporate deductions. Of course, Obama will fight eliminating any deductions for his precious "green energy" corporations.

GOP staffers: Tax reform teed up for…

After being threatened by the Freedom From Religion Foundation, the Desoto County School Board in Mississippi has decided to comply and ban prayers from football games and other school functions. Fans at a county football game on Friday, however, had different plans.
