How About the Airport "Enhanced" Pat-Downs????

Folks...

Is this a violation of the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution? It would appear "kinda not," until you figure in the "probable cause" part of this amendment.

If you are boarding a flight in a US airport, what is the "probably cause" the TSA screeners have to "dive into" your underwear??? WHAT is the "probable cause" for the body search??? This sure promises to become a HUGE issue, boys and girls, doesn't it???
