Don Langlois said… I may have typed it, but even my eyes water at what it says. My sprit is not lost least I soon forget the Lord and his goodness. I, above other men have been blessed more than the many. The Lord for whatever his purpose spared my miserable life over the years. When I should be dead, God gave me life. It was not until my later years that I began to dwell on it and he began to deal with my heart. I forgot him, but he did not forget me.
Don Langlois said… Part 2
As you entered in old age, I did not withhold my voice, nor
did I cease blessing you. Even though your heart was as
iron tempered in the fire, I spoke all the louder. Still you
would not hear my voice. I knew the season and the time
of the season when you would return to me, your Father. I
did not withold any good thing a father would bestow upon
his son. All the days of your life your spirit awaited for you
to awaken at the sound of my voice and still you would
not hear.
My son, you have such a short time. Will you not hearken
unto me and greet me as a loving Father, that you might
continue with me for evermore. My love is beyond measure.
No one can set forth a plowline and measure the forgiveness
that overflows. I save whomever I shall save. I am the
giver of life and have many sons. It is my desire that you
return and reestablish yourself as my son once more. Speak
and I shall hear. Even now I hear the murmurings within
your heart. Will you not open and part the lips and speak.
I will heal you.
Don Langlois said… Because it is limited to 2000 words, I have to enter in two parts. I was on another site and I was compelled to write this.
Part1
As you formed in your mother's womb, I spoke to you,
but you did not hear. The spirit I gave unto you rejoiced
at the sounding of my voice. As you grew into a child, I
spoke to you still, but you did not hear. The spirit yet
rejoiced within you. I watched you look heavenward as if
to speak, but you did not utter a word. How I waited for
your voice to answer, yet you still remained silent.
You grew into a young man. I spoke to you through the
wind as it passed over the leaves of the trees. I spoke to
you as a thunderstorm, still you would not hear my voice.
Your heart began to harden and became as sandstone. I
spoke all the more and as a shout, but you would not hear
my voice.
As you began to advance in your years, I continued to
speak, yet you would not hear. I blessed you, I fed you all
of your days, but you would not answer my voice, nor
would you give thanks for even one blessing I bestowed
upon you. Your heart had become as granite, yet, I spoke
all the louder, yet you would not hear.
Don Langlois said… Prayer is not for one, but for all. We either fall into the pit as a nation or are uplifted as a nation. All of the body is healed and made whole, or no part by itself is healed. When a man is gravely wounded, infection flows throughout the body and not limited strictly to the wound itself. Likewise, when the wound is healed the body is healed.
Wisconsin is not the only infection to the body. Being from Illinois, we have been infected for many generations. But the infection has become gangrenous and death is the doorstep.
I also get angry at the events as my wife can attest. But I know that God does things that will awaken those sleeping. Many have departed, yet claiming to be his, they deceive themselves. They belong not to God, but to the one cast down. They are blind because they are led by men who are blinded themselves.
May God accomplish the purpose he has established that his people might awake from the slumber.
