The best way to eat, especially since there are so many poisonous toxins in prepared foods, is a whole food diet.  You can even go to Walmart and buy potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, apples, raisins and oatmeal for about $25.00.  It's cheap and wholesome.  You can also buy a dehydrator for about $45.00 and dehydrate your all of those foods (raisins and oatmeal are already store-able) to prepare for problems.

All the supplies stored for at least ten years will not matter if your heart is not ready to trust the  LORD.Not discouraging you, just don't forget most important thing.if you do not listen to the LORD all supplies  won't help. What if you can't get to your supply? What if some mole records what you just shared with everyone and has some thugs confiscate it all.?

New to the group, but thought I would share these plans for water storage. The racks at Shelf Reliance and similar are so expensive! This is on my husband's To Do list for the Fall :-)

I have and still do use Honey when I cook Spam, it adds a flavor to Spam that you cannot get anyother way.  Slice the Spam, and place it in a frying pan with about a quarter inch of honey and fry the Spam.  Makes a great sandwich.  You do not need to add mustard, Katsup or Mayo to the Spam.
