President Obama keeps telling us what might not be paid if the debt ceiling isn't raised.

That's the wrong answer to a question that America isn't even asking.

This new iCaucus Video calls on the President to answer the real question:  

"Mr. President,  if the debt ceiling isn't raised and you're not planning on paying our debt obligations, or social security, or  medicaid, or our military personnel...even though you will have more than enough money to do so...then what's more important and what will you be paying instead with the $180 billion that the government will keep collecting every month?"

I've heard that before, and digging a little deeper, I wouldn't even call him a Conservative of ANY stripe. Of course, I don't think we'll ever find that one 'perfect' Conservative candidate, but there are people out there much closer than Ron Paul. 

We have to look at the entire package of the candidate, even though the Fiscal end of it is most important right now w/ Foster Brooks in D.C., heading to the liquor store with our ATM card. The other issues are just as important.

Ron Paul is not a True Conservative.  He is, what they like to call, a Fiscal Conservative.  He has supported Gay Marriage and Homosexuals in the military.  As such, he will not receive my vote.

This is what I'm talking about, Donnie.People with whom we have contact with in daily business, people who run businesses, anybody, and everybody that embodies the moral, fiscal, and compassionate qualities that gave rise to the Conservative movement.
(if I wanted to bring back anybody, how about Barry Goldwater? Wouldn't he be a hoot debating BHO?)
Or is it time for one of us to step in and try to give guidance from street level? Who knows? Maybe the Viet Nam/ Iraqi War vet struggling to make ends meet while sitting on the street corner knows more about street-level politics than the Limestone Mausoleums in Washington D.C. or State capitols.

Dave, i for one would love to see Lt.Col. Allen West, US Army (Ret.), FL Dist. 22, run for POTUS. even though i live in IN and, he has not been elected to the House, yet, he would be the first, TRULY Black President. Mr. West is a very conservative, knowledgeable individual who has the best interests of our Great Country at heart. i really believe that Mr. West is the best equipped person to lead this Country back to her foundations and do so with aplomb. i believe he is one that we could all get behind and follow his leadership in a way not seen in many, many years.

Sorry, but I don't think that's going to happen; can you imagine Demo/Socialists chanting ' Bring back Hubert Humphrey! Bring back Hubert Humphrey!" I totally understand the sentiment, though.
Within each states' pages, can we identify Representatives, or even those outside of politics, who best exemplify the Reagan philosophy?
We can't keep going back to our past; if we do, we're doomed to repeat it, good AND bad. We need to find the 21st. Century leader into a new Conservative cycle to erase the bad Obama taste in our countrys' collective mouth. We've got to erase the thought of that book featured on this page; the Post- American Presidency
