The People's Constitution Coalition of Ohio

Want to motivate the wimpy Republicans-In-Name-Only to start following the Constitution? Want better conservative Republican Party candidates with a chance to win the primary and general elections? Then volunteer IMMEDIATELY to become a Republican Party precinct committeeman. Precinct committeemen elect the leadership within the Party and vote to endorse the Republicans in the primaries. The more conservatives in the precinct committeemen ranks, the more conservative the leadership and the primary winners will be. For detailed information Click Here

Comment by Connelly Radbone on June 4, 2012 at 5:23pm Mr. Rupert you say some good things and I respect your courage but sadly, you can't win in November. Many undecided voters will simply stay home and the great majority of the rest of them will vote for Mandel or Brown. Mr. Mandel is certainly not perfect but he is a lot better for conservatives than Mr. Brown. The votes that you will get will overwhelmingly come off of Josh Mandel. We hopefully can take the Senate back but not if Brown wins again.

Comment by Scott A. Rupert on June 4, 2012 at 1:40pm I am the same Mr. Rupert.
Had you supported me in the primary, I still wouldn't have won. The only candidate with a prayer of winning is the candidate the party chooses. Please don't interpret that as bitterness. It never entered my mind to run as a party candidate. My purpose is to fix electoral politics. In fact, in 2010, when asked to run on the Constitution Party ticket, I respectfully declined.
We are approaching a "flashpoint" in our history, when it will take non-partisan voices to reason with those who have been provoked on both sides. I am opening the door for those voices.
When speaking with individuals across Ohio, I find that most agree on most things. Our elected officials (I wish I could use the word leaders there) have used the few things we disagree on to divide us, and give them sanction, while they undermine our Constitution.
Over the last few months, Washington has put in place mechanisms that pave the way for war against our own citizens (NDAA, H.R. 347, etc..), given the right circumstances. Only non-partisan leaders will be able to prevent those circumstances, by reasoning with both sides; pointing out that violence will cost us ALL our liberty.
Another thing I know from my many conversations across the State, is that there is no more support for Mr. Mandel than there is for Mr. Brown. Most don't respect Mr. Mandel for breaking his word to serve his four years in the Treasury. Because, that makes him a liar. There is a lot that can be learned by identifying oneself as an independent (non-party) candidate for the US Senate; like just how many people are glad to have a real choice; one that they don't have to fear.
There are as many Dems making their choice out of fear, as there are Republicans doing the same. That is what's motivating your comments; fear.
62 percent of Ohioans call themselves independent, now they have a choice. I'm sure the campaigns of both Mr. Brown and Mr. Mandel will sour the stomachs of a large number of voters, turning them to their third choice on the November ballot, Scott Rupert (non-party candidate). As it stands now, there will be just 3 choices this time.
I encourage you to take some time to look into what the Rupert For Senate campaign is doing, and why we're doing it. If you are a constitutional conservative, you will agree. Then that fear kicks in and you think to yourself, that voting for me would split the vote. I challenge you then to ask yourself, if you agree with me, but vote for any other candidate, who is it that is really splitting the vote?
There is much more at stake in this election than our economy. Our Constitution is on the line. And Republican elected officials, with few exceptions, have demonstrated as recently as the last few months, that they are no more concerned about preserving it than their counterparts across the aisle. The Constitution protects us all from each other, because it protects us from our government. We have an obligation to protect IT from the government as well.
Sorry for being a bit long winded. There is much that needs saying.

Comment by Connelly Radbone on June 4, 2012 at 10:51am To Mr. Scott Rupert;
I am assuming that you are the same Mr. Rupert that is running for the Senate if i am wrong please let me know.
I'm sure that you would make a great Senator and I might have supported you in the primaries. Sadly, the time for that has passed and only two people have a chance of being elected. At this time those two people are Mrs. Brown and Mandel. a conservative must support Mr. Mandel as any other option is suicidal because Mr. Brown is just too liberal.
I wish you all the luck in the world after the 2012 Election is over.
Comment by Scott A. Rupert on June 4, 2012 at 1:11am Have you considered ALL the candidates on the November ballot? www.RupertForSenate.com
He hasn't called yet. I'm still getting addresses.
Shelley, yes I did earlier this week. He said he'd call me on Fri. but was out of town. I've got a lot of people who want signs. I'm limited in mobility but but I'm doing what I can calling and contacting folks on FB.
