Mike Reagan, Rush Limbaugh Blast Romney for Smears

(WHOAAA!!! I had to read that thrice))

On Thursday, Mike Reagan, a respected conservative commentator, responded to the Gingrich critics with this statement to Newsmax:

"I am deeply disturbed that supporters of Mitt Romney are claiming that Newt Gingrich is not a true Reaganite and are even claiming that Newt was a strong critic of my father.

"Recently I endorsed Newt Gingrich for president because I believe that Newt is the only Republican candidate who has both consistently backed the conservative policies that my father championed and the only Republican that will continue to implement his vision.

"It surprises me that Mitt Romney and his supporters would raise this issue — when Mitt by his own admission voted for Jimmy Carter and Walter Mondale who opposed my father, and later supported liberal Democrat Paul Tsongas for president.

"As governor of Massachusetts, Romney's achievement was the most socialistic healthcare plan in the nation up until that time.

"Say what you want about Newt Gingrich but when he was Speaker of the House he surrounded himself with Reagan conservatives and implemented a Ronald Reagan program of low taxes and restrained federal spending.

"Newt's conservative program created a huge economic boom and balanced the budget for the first time in more than a generation."

Mike Reagan concluded: "I would take Newt Gingrich's record any day over Mitt Romney's."

From Rush:"THAT KIND OF STUFF IS WHY PEOPLE HATE ROMNEY SO MUCH," Limbaugh said.

Even Rush Limbaugh, shocked by the Romney claims, chimed on his Thursday radio broadcast to say "This is obviously a coordinated attack to take Newt out here in Florida."
Rush slammed the Romney-backed smear campaign against Newt.

"That kind of stuff is why people hate Romney so much," Limbaugh said.

Limbaugh added that Newt has always been a conservative from his early days in national talk radio in the 1980s.
"He was perhaps the premier defender of Ronald Reagan," Limbaugh said

Here's the latest "missile" to our north Georgia U.S. Reps.  This is the fifth in this amazingly long series.  None have rated a response; none was expected.  I guess I can't get too excited about turning al-Awlaki into pink froth but I surely don't like the way it was done.

We are (or were) a Nation of Laws. Those laws that are not inalienable come from our Constitution.  The Constitution of the United States has no caveats; no sometimes we do and sometimes we don’t.  The Constitution says what it means and means what it says.  And it served us well, into the 20^th century.

 

So here we have a POTUS who orders the assassination of a U. S. citizen contrary to the 5^th Amendment’s mandate of due process of law.  We are not a nation of laws of man but rather laws from our Constitution.  I have been branded a potential domestic terrorist by DHS.  Am I next for assassination?  Where does it stop?

 

The war on the Arabian Peninsula continues irrespective of it not being authorized by congress, most recently by committing a drone to a suicide mission in Somalia.  We now wage unconstitutional wars by crashing our aircraft into civilian enclaves?  How barbaric can that be?  We have become a rogue nation, killing on orders of a dictator in charge.  Only Congress may declare war.  Drones are flying in the U. S.  When will they start dropping bombs here?

 

And that usurper in charge has formed a shadow government of his personally appointed czars to conduct all this depravity outside of and in defiance of the established government.  Crimes against the Constitution of the United States and levying War against them are acts of treason.

 

I can only assume by your continued complacency that you condone this action.  What else is a constituent to think other than you like the status quo because you sense it will be your turn after the next election and you wish to retain this power?  What I know is that some of you are already marked for primary competition and what I hope is that each and every one of you will not be returned to the swamp in 2012 to enjoy your new found power.

Here's some extraneous information about Speaker Ralston, Agenda 21, and TSPLOST:

Here are several issues all gathered up in one corrupt and rotting sack.
The remarkable corruption and blatant lack of ethics on the part of Ralston in his promotion of TSPOLT is unconscionable.  Ralston was elected as a
statesman to represent the people of his district and the State of Georgia.  He, instead, represents big money interests to his own benefit.
Ralston's paid vacation to Germany last fall is perhaps the best example of his personal corruption.  After torpedoing a perfectly good ethics bill, Ralston used his own personally enhanced replacement to take $17,000 of lobbyist money and treat his family to a holiday in Europe.  The grounds?  To investigate a rapid transit system for Georgia?   How ludicrous!  Georgians don't want rapid transit between Et-lana and Savanna and won't ride it any more than they ride the subsidized MARTA "system".  But wait!  Rapid transit is a sub-set of the United Nations Agenda 21 initiative to centralize populations in urban enclaves.  But guess what Mr. Speaker, we don't want that either.
Now comes TSPLOST with transportation enhancements unique to specially designated urban locations, funded primarily by transfer of wealth, and yet another sub-set of A21.  Watch Ralston's shameful and disgusting pitch for TSPLOST in the video link below.
Now is the time to identify Ralston's disciples.  Is your Rep. a Ralston fan?  If so, he or she is probably an Agenda 21 fan as well, and needs to "go down the road" in 2012.  Those pols who do not distance themselves from the Speaker will be suspect for primarying in the coming months.  Does your pol fit this description? 
If so, have you identified a replacement?  Will you campaign for this good man and true constitutional conservative that you have found?  Time is running short.
This could be the last election cycle where our voices can be heard.

I'd like to get in touch with the leadership for Georgia.  My county will no longer be part of the 11th Congressional district after the redistricting maps are approved.  I will be part of the new 14th Congressional district.  I am very concerned and very determined that the representation for the new 14th NOT be determined by the establishment!  Please, someone contact me.  I am already a DC for SGP and am ready to help PAN as well!

I would like to get all the Conservative Tea Partiers in District 1 together for a planning session.  We must organize and grow to have an effect.  My schedule is very rigid and weekends are usually not good.  If each of us brought one friend we could double our membership.  If each of our friends brought a friend we would triple our membership.  What are your thoughts?

Conservative Pete Sessions exposes lies in Obama/Reid/McConnel/Boehner series of deals that have been sent out to undermine Cut/Cap/Balance.

 

Pete Sessions has seen these handouts, they are not even real plans but sketchy promises to cut spending someday in exchange for increasing spending and taxes now. I guess we are supposed to know what is really in them after they are passed like Obamacare.

Pete Sessions claims they are tax and spend plans that not only undermine Cut/Cap/Balance but do not reduce the debt in any significant way to prevent raising the debt ceiling right now which is the issues at hand. Cout, Cap, Balance decreases the debt now as well as cuts spending now to levels that would prevent the need to increase the debt ceiling now. 

 

Ronald Reagan would never sign off on a tax and spend deal. Ronald Reagan fought for a balanced budget ammendment.

President Obama keeps telling us what might not be paid if the debt ceiling isn't raised.

That's the wrong answer to a question that America isn't even asking.

This new iCaucus Video calls on the President to answer the real question:  

"Mr. President,  if the debt ceiling isn't raised and you're not planning on paying our debt obligations, or social security, or  medicaid, or our military personnel...even though you will have more than enough money to do so...then what's more important and what will you be paying instead with the $180 billion that the government will keep collecting every month?"
