It would be great if I could go, but because of health problems this would not be possible. Do wish all of my native Arkansans a safe and fun trip.

Congressman Vic Snyder
U.S. House of Representatives
2210 Rayburn House Office Building
Washington, DC 205150001

Congressman Snyder:

As one of your constituents, I feel that our views and requests have not been represented, and even ignored, by you sir.

Even though you will not be standing for re-election, you still have important business in representing your constituents in Congressional District 2 before your departure.

The reason that I write to you today is because of my "firm" opposition and dismay at your silence and lack of representing your people's wishes in support the Birthright Citizenship Act as well as the Save Act, involving illegal aliens.

While I have disagreed with you on a number of issues most recently, and your supporting of issues that your District did not favor or want, I hope you will reconsider your position and stance on these two pieces of legislation in your final days as our representative. This is what the people in your Congressional District 2 wants supported.

It is time to stop the federal government in granting citizenship to babies born to illegal alien mothers and fathers referred to as "anchor babies." This is a pronounced and "undeserved" reward to those illegal-parents who have entered and stayed in the United States in violation of America's immigration laws. They are "criminals" by law while the Administration seeks to reward their behavior.

These illegal mothers not only get immediate access to a whole array taxpayer-funded social services for their babies, but these illegal alien families get a virtual guarantee that they will never be asked to leave the country. H.R. 1868, the Birthright Citizenship Act, would change this and this is what American citizens who vote are demanding. Washington is blind to America's demand for justice in stopping and preventing these giant giveaway programs.

While the SAVE Act would "enforce" the law at the border and in the interior. I am particularly glad about the workplace verification measures found in this bill, which would provide employers with the tools they need to verify the eligibility of their employees. This could possibly save as many as 15 million jobs to already "unemployed American citizens."

I request that you return to your Arkansas roots and to those, like myself, that have supported you in the past but who are now against your voting with the liberal Washington agenda and using you like a lap-dog! Stand up for your constituents and support these two measures to the benefit of America and our own Arkansas people.

A past supporter and constituent...

Respectfully resentful,

Beau Bowling
Congressional District 2

P.S. It is time to do the right thing and start representing your Arkansas constituents not the Washington administration!

IT FAILED b>3/30/09

However- Joyce Elliott had the vote expunged - Which means she plans to bring it back up. Now she is working on others to gain support for her unconstituional proposal.

So- WE NEED TO STAY ON THIS - Contact these reps again and tell them this proposal is unconstitutional again -it is illegal! Tell them (Respectfully but firmly- Do Not Support This kind of Legislation!

“The time has come to give our country back to the people of America
by restoring our Constitution”- Bob Schulz

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, MARCH 10, 2009 -- Robert Schulz, Chairman of We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education, will hold a public meeting on Saturday, March 14, 2009 from 1-4pm, at the Comfort Inn - Dean & McArthur Room, 707 Interstate 30 in downtown Little Rock, as part of a national tour to set up state organizations to support a Continental Congress slated for 2009. “The time has come to give our country back to the people of America by restoring our Constitution,” Schulz said.

Schulz has been addressing overflow crowds of concerned citizens since January 3, 2009, about violations of the Constitution that are the direct cause of the current economic crisis and its effects that now threaten the nation and individual Liberty. “Our suffering and chaos as a nation, and a planet, will not cease until We the People embrace our Founding Principles, live them as a nation, and encourage the Peoples of the world to join us in keeping the Light of Liberty burning,” he said.

Schulz is currently organizing “Continental Congress 2009” as a national assembly of The People to develop an action plan to restore Constitutional Order and hold the federal government accountable, as provided by the First Amendment. The goals of the national tour are to educate the public about the Continental Congress event, establish state organizations to elect delegates, and inform the public of a variety of Constitutional concerns that he maintains are “growing rapidly.”

“We The People and those we have put into elected office have become complacent and decided we need to react and make decisions based on the crisis of the moment. Since the 20th century, our elected officials have increasingly believed that they know better than our Founding Fathers and the Guiding Principles they outlined in the Greatest Documents ever given to mankind,” concluded Schulz. Mr. Schulz will explain how the growing disregard of the Constitution has resulted in a chain of events that now threaten to destroy America. He will present a list of Constitutional violations that have been supported by both major political parties and officials in all branches of government despite their oaths, under God, to defend and protect our liberties.

Thousands of members of his organization have repeatedly Petitioned our highest elected officials for Redress of these violations as the formal method provided by the First Amendment to hold them accountable to the Constitution. To date, not one elected official, President or U.S. Attorney General has responded to any of the petitions. According to Schulz, the next Constitutional step in finding a solution is to organize and hold a Continental Congress to determine how the people can legally and peaceably procure relief by ending and reversing these violations of the Constitution. “Our non-profit organization and its member have spent over 14 years trying to bring an out-of-control federal government back into compliance with our Founding documents,” he said.

“A Continental Congress, held in the spirit of the original Congress in Philadelphia, is an appropriate step in a peaceful process to address these concerns. The Congress will be an undertaking of historical importance, a turning point for America, as we follow the example of our Founding Fathers – a gathering of those with a proven passion for a Government based upon the consent of the governed, to discuss the state of our Nation and what the free People of America must do to restore the Light of Liberty,” Schulz stated.

“No one on the planet has what we in America have been given through our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. There are nations we have seen go through tremendous suffering to try to break out of oppression to achieve something remotely close to what America has taken for granted. We know there are millions beyond our borders in totalitarian, socialist, fascist, and communist countries who can only dream of the Freedom and Liberty that America symbolizes for them,” he continued. “Decisions made in the past and those being made now cause concern that America could be headed towards a similar outcome. Our vigilance and courage are important. We must seize the day or we may find ourselves depraved, pauperized and unable to take meaningful action. It will be too late.”

Admission to the meeting is free and all are welcome. We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization created to defend and protect the U. S. Constitution.

Have you ever felt like you’re the only one in your community who sees what is happening to America? Well you’re not and on Friday March 13th at 4 PM CT on fox News Channel, Glenn Beck… and you will prove it.

Many Americas, both Republican and Democrat, understand that Washington is broken. Many times it seems that the
Political solution is the problem. No More! Our Founding Fathers knew the solution is ”We The People”

This is a must-see show and we highly recommend that you watch it with friends, family, and neighbors who
Share your concerns. Visit for more information on the We Surround Them show on Fox News.

The Nine Principles

1. America is good

2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.

3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.

4. The family is scared. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.

5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.

6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.

7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.

8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.

9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.

You are not alone!

If you agree with at least seven of these principles, then you are not alone. Please send a digital version of your
Picture to: and then stay tuned to the radio and television show over the coming weeks to see how we intend to pull back the curtain.
