Congress is “slaughtering” the Constitution. Pelosi wants to “Deem and Pass” Healthcare. The buyoffs and bribes continue in backroom deals! The Obama administration and Congress refuse to listen to, We the People! The pundits expect that this gross mischaracterization of the Constitution and the death of our Healthcare Freedom and Liberty, will pass!

we need to put it to the congress and tell them that we will not pay a penny in tax beyond what we paid in 2008 and see who actually holds the purse strings of this county. it is and has always been the people. no funds = no pet projects or pork

Protest on Monday, November 23rd.

Al Gore will be pushing his agenda surrounding the false claims he has single-handedly promoted around the world scaring children that we're all going to die from man-made global warming catastrophes such as flooding and that polar bears are dying. In fact, the earth is cooling and the polar bear population is increasing.

Gore is speaking so we'll be protesting the lies and subsequent proposed legislation that will forever change our lifestyles for the worse.

Karen Handel is running for governor and is speaking tomorrow at The Grand Hyatt in Atlanta, at 10:45. I posted earlier that she was speaking at The Marriot at 10:30. That's what I get for depending on my memory!

Anyway, I am interested in her because she has worked to require proof of citizenship to register to vote, and a photo I.D. in order to vote. She is also anti-illegal immigration. She is speaking at The Redstate Convention. Over 250 people are scheduled to attend from around the country. I would love to be there but my husband is recovering from a serious surgery, and I have already driven quite a few miles this week concerning a personal matter as well.

I hope that someone from the Ga. group can attend and give their feedback.

Mike............I am one of the coordinators for the North Fulton and Friends Tea Party movement. We have planned an event on the old Historic Square (Hwy. 9 and Hwy. 120) in Roswell for Saturday, Sept. 12, 11:00-1:00pm, with our main speaker being Herman Cain. We decided to hold this event since there are many people who are not able to make the D.C. event on 9/12 due to the economy and their financial situations. Please let your friends and neighbors know about our 9/12 Event.

Hello 6th District Patriots! FYI..if you plan to attend the Taxpayer March in DC in September:
A message from Kathleen Campbell to all members on Patriotic Resistance! Dear Patriots,There might be many folks who make some significant sacrifices (time and money) to attend the September 12 DC March. I live in St. Mary’s Cty. a little over 2 hours from DC and I miss out on a lot because of the driving distance. It takes me a full day of driving to attend a 1 hour meeting, so I can certainly identify with folks who might talk themselves out of coming to the march because of hassle or cost. If there could be a way to make this trip a little more affordable perhaps that might increase the number of attendees. The Host Home idea is simple. Those who live close to DC,(within a 150 mi. radius) and have the space (extra bedroom, RV, maybe even tent, etc) to share their space in their home (and maybe provide a meal or 2) to those who are traveling more than a days drive to attend the march. I shared this idea with Darla who has asked me to be the host home coordinator. In addition to providing some financial assistance, it might also promote community and friendships within the Resistnet “family”. The following email found it's way to my inbox and it's absolutely infuriating. We have to get this out to as many people as possible. It's very long but well worth the time..

To All:

In the early 80's, one of my duties as a Naval Flight Surgeon was to participate in Aircraft Accident Investigation Boards. I was called on scene to investigate 3 fatal mishaps in my short career. What always struck me as being so ironic was the common factor in each incident was that there was never just one major mistake involved; but rather an interconnected series of small errors - each one being almost harmless in and of itself. But on those tragic days the unique combinations of these small, nearly imperceptible events would prove fatal, and cost the life of dedicated aviators and the destruction of multi-million dollar aircraft.

. a missed breakfast, a fight with the wife, a lingering head-cold, a missing locking wire on a carriage nut, a forgotten entry in a maintenance log, a distant thundershower with micro-bursts, a duty officer gone to the restroom, a missed radio call, a missed procedural step, .. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Each one of these innocent events alone is almost meaningless, and were easily overlooked, going unnoticed. Combined, they would coalesce to precipitate chaos and disaster made all too clear with the retro spectroscope of hindsight.

After 30 years of an amazing life filled with other memories, I can still smell the jet-fuel, the char, the dried blood, and the dust. I can still hear the creaking sounds of twisted aluminum, of retching corpsmen, and the eerie, haunting melody of the bugler's Taps echoing over the cemetery. My mind's eye still sees the smoking holes, the cracked helmets, the strewn wreckage, the folded flags, the valiant wives' faces stained with tears, clinging to toddlers who will never know their fathers, nor understand the nature of their sacrifice.

Today, our country is in peril. We are caught in a death-spiral of small events - conspiring to assure our ultimate demise. Mr. Obama and his minions are on a collision course with our Republic. Every day, small steps are being taken by an army of dedicated socialist idea logs whose mission is to erode and destroy the very nature of America. But sadly, this is no accident. This is a planned, methodical and calculated assault on the very fabric that is America.

. Forget about the never-resolved issue of Obama's eligibility
to be President under the Constitution in the first place.

. Forget about the voter registration fraud conducted on his
behalf by ACORN and others.

. Forget about the hundreds of millions of dollars of illegal
campaign contributions.

. Forget about the crony ism of one Czar appointment after
another of people woefully inexperienced and in every respect incompetent to assume the responsibilities of their positions, but whose sole allegiance is to Obama himself.

. Forget about the trillions of dollars being spent with
virtually no oversight, no exit strategy and rules made up as we go.

. Forget about the incurring largest debt in the history of
mankind.

. Forget about the pandering20to the worldwide Muslim agenda
under the guise of "Hope and Change".

. Forget about the ceaseless abuse of power where the Federal
government continues to usurp the Constitutional rights lawfully given exclusively to the states and to the citizenry.

. Forget about the largest expansion of Federal government in
history.

. Forget about the debt that will enslave every American for
generations to come.

. Forget about the . well, you can make your own list.

No, in 20 years, when we will look back at the demise of our once great and powerful nation, we may well assign June 9, 2009 as the fatal precipitating event; the final nail being driven into our collective coffin. Interestingly, it is not what happened on June 9th, it is what did NOT happen.

Non-events are such small, seemingly trivial and insignificant things.
They never incite demonstrations, or riots or wars. But be assured that Non-events are the unseen causes behind these things. Even more sadly, they are uniformly overlooked by the bewildered and dumbfounded soon-to-be victims - until it is too late.

Unless bold steps are taken very quickly - before summer's end, America will be poised at the threshold of becoming the latest hapless victim in the dung heap of World History of great nations destroyed from within.
Alexandria, Athens, Rome, Constantinople - now Washington, form a parade of great nations that had become far too powerful to be destroyed by any outside threat. Lest we forget our history, their destruction universally came from within. From innumerable Non-events enacted by citizens too complacent to rise up to stop the injustice cascading around them.

Now it is our turn; we are at the head of the line. It is only our
very freedom and liberty that are at stake; it is nothing else but our fundamental way of life that is in jeopardy. However, the Great Destroyers of: denial, apathy, fear, helplessness, complacency and paralysis, are at work, and are doing an admirable job - I must say.
Most Americans are now more concerned with what will happen on the next episode of their favorite TV reality show (or whatever their favorite form of cognitive anesthetic) than they are about taking steps to ensure the future of our country. Our vast electorate is a trance and have become the walking dead, and unless something drastic is done now, we will all soon receive what we deserve - annihilation.

The Holocaust was terrible. Six million Jews, scapegoats slaughtered just for being alive. America's burden carries the fate of 300 million, and the rest of the Free world in tow!

So what was this Non-event of June 9th? And why should you care?

Well, June 9th was the day that the US Supreme Court elected (was coerced by the White House) not to hear a case brought against the Federal Government by the State of Indiana. The state was attempting to delay the Obama Administration's brokered deal of Fiat's purchase of Chrysler in support of the rights of Indiana's pension fund bond-holders that owned a stake in Chrysler. These thousands of small investors were secured creditors, who, (by laws that date back with hundreds of years of legal precedent), were to be first in line to benefit from the proceeds of the sale of Chrysler's assets in their bankruptcy proceeding. Instead, in an unprecedented act of hubris, vanity and arrogance, the Obama Administration forced a deal whereby the American Auto Worker's Union was unlawfully paid nearly twice as much as the bond-holders and given ownership in the new Chrysler. This act positioned the Union ahead of both the legitimate bond-holders and the Chrysler stockholders in a sweetheart deal that is nothing short of a criminal act of election fraud and quid pro quo vote pandering. Obama has used the force of his office to illegally sponsor the interests of the Union, while trampling the legitimate rights of Chrysler's investors in an action that is termed a "bankruptcy" which is nothing of the sort.
It is a forced liquidation designed to transfer wealth and power through a political agenda hell-bent on an American style of fascism (government control over pseudo-privately owned industrialized enterprises) as the Utopian economic model.

Not only is this the most blatant act of illegal pandering in US history, it is a callous abuse of power with unintended consequences that will inexorably extend to every aspect of American life and beyond.
If we cannot continue to be a nation of laws, then we are destined to become a land ruled by anarchy and devastated by lawlessness. A land where might makes right. A land that our founders fought to prevent from ever happening on our shores.

Is this what you want? Your rights as free men and women are being trampled before your very eyes. Can you see? Do you care? Is this to be your legacy?

If you do care, then this is why June 9th is important.

We must put a stop to Washington's madness.

As a first step, I propose that on July 4th we all join in a massive demonstration of solidarity. Everyone needs to get into their car and travel toward the nearest town hall, statehouse or even Washington DC itself, if you can make it. We need to surround these symbols of governmental power and sit quietly and peacefully. At 3PM, every driver on the road or parked at these great halls of political power should sound a "21-gun salute."

Do this by blowing your horn 21 times in short bursts. This peaceful act could once again be the "shots heard 'round the world." It will signify the beginning of the end to the enemies of capitalism and the American way of life.

If you honk, you will be amazed at how many people agree with you and support you. We are not the minority. We are not powerless. We are the POWER of this country. The government will hear this sound, and they will fear us. This "silly prank" as many might term it is Democracy in action!

As Glenn Beck might say:

"Come on. Follow me!"
