DOJ announces plans to file complaint over alleged racial profiling

Attorney General Eric Holder today submitted a notice of his Justice Department’s intent to file a lawsuit against Arizona Sheriff Joe Arapaio for alleged racial profiling.
Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, meanwhile, has found probable cause in its ongoing investigation that Barack Obama’s published birth certificate and Selective Service registration forms are forgeries.
Holder has sought an agreement to establish a court monitor inside Arpaio’s Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office who would clear every decision he makes.

Two "Say What?!" Moments.
#1. Holder is filing a law suit AGAINST a Law Enforcement Agency (at any level of any type) over alleged racial profiling"?!
[Short Definition. Racial Profiling is simply the taking of many years- decades- of observation, research and study of crime, criminal statistics, and the people who commit crimes and arriving at REAL NUMBERS that say "such-and-such" a group is more likely to hijack jets and fly them into buildings, or "such-and-such" a group is more likely to commit extortion and embezzlement.]
#2. Holder is going to insert a "court monitor" inside Sheriffs Arpaio's Maricopa County Office and this LIBERAL court appointee would "clear EVERY decision SHERIFF Joe Arpaio makes"?!

Where is Holder's authority to file suit??? Where is his Constitutional Authority?? Sheriff Arpaio has Constitutional Authority to do exactly what he is doing?? The Sheriff is the highest Constitutional Authority in his County, he can tell the fed's to get the >>.^^*** out of his County if he would choose to do so. He is ELECTED by the people of that County to Protect them AND their PROPERTY.

States Rights is an issue we don't hear anything about and I don't understand why. It makes absolutely no sense to me to send your money to Washington, DC and expect them to send back what you need. Doesn't that sound vaguely like communism? When the states gave up their rights to the federal government is when all this junk started. The federal government is supposed to work FOR us, not the other way around.
We just had a vote on the issue of marriage here in NC. It passed by an overwhelming majority by the voters of this state. Since it's a state issue, why can't it be settled here in the state by a majority vote of the people? Instead, it's being challenged by the cry babies and will take years to work it's way through the courts untill it reaches the supreme court.
Until we get some real backbone in Washington, DC nothing will change. That's why it's so important now to vote and get every one of our family members and friends registered and voting for the best possible candidates next time. And when I say backbone, I mean some Rand Paul's and more tea party candidates like we did in the last general election and get rid of more Lugars, etc. Too many good old boys still up there doing nothing.

Holder needs to do his job first, like cutting loose with those documents congress subpeonaed last year pertaining to "Fast and Furious". The gall of that loser! Joe is just doing his job, unlike the attorney general who isn't doing his job.

We do not have justice for all. Instead we have justice according to Holder and what fits into the agenda of the liberal mindset and their march to control our lives and force us to accept what they hand out. The "Fast and Furious" investigations is just one small expample of the corruption that is taking place in the Obama administration. Lets' hope that comptempt charges against Holder are brough forward. Sheriff Arpaio carried an ivestigation on Obamas' birth certificate and we all know what the outcome was. Now, the good sheriff is on the attack list by the Obama administration. Our border remains un-secured and border states under danger if being overurn by the drug cartel criminal element.

I would be great if we had a Judge that would sign a summons to arrest Obama for his fraud & treason to this country and allow Sheriff Joe to deliver it to the White House--Bring the Muslin Traitor out in chains for the world to see him cry. Sheriff Joe must have all of our support because I believe the Muslim Obama and Holder will go after Joe. He may already be on their list to terminate his life like they may have done to others. Where is the Arizona Govenor--she should be outraged over these happening!!!
