I'll post some quotes and then ask a few questions, first the quotes-

Rep. Gohmert went on to say (This was on the day OF the decision)-

“Well, we’re going to have to wait and see I’ve got to read the opinion, but I know it’s a great day for Anthony Weiner, who pushed so hard to get this bill through and then pushed to get New York a waiver,for [House Minority Leader Nancy] Pelosi [D-Calif.], for all those who crammed this bill down our throats and said it was so critical and so important all Americans needed it and then showed their absolute cynicism by pushing to get waivers for people that they cared about,” he said.

“This administration granting waivers over and over showed this is not a good bill for America and it also shows us we’ve got some work to do with the Supreme Court because obviously there are real problems and they cannot take a President at his word when he says this is not a tax,” Gohmert said.

Chief Justice John Robert's in his ruling said-

“The Federal Government does not have the power to order people to buy health insurance. Section 5000A would therefore be unconstitutional if read as a command. The Federal Government does have the power to impose a tax on those without health insurance. Section 5000A is therefore constitutional, because it can reasonably be read as a tax.”

Conclusion:

Gohmert said that the Court called it a TAX, and that Obama and the Democrats LIED (NOTE: NOT ONE Republican voted for this.)

Robert's said that the federal gov. can NOT force us to get Obama-Care, they CAN tax us if we don't.

SOLUTION:

VOTE OUT ALL LIBERALS- DEMOCRATS & R.I.N.O.S.

Elect at the least 4 more Conservatives to The Senate...and by a ONE VOTE majority REPEAL Obama-Care!

And they saddle us with Romney, and they saddle us with Rubio. Why do we let the media (propagandist) tell us what to do. A free press is necessary to properly inform the public so it can make informed choices.

I guess one of the most potent words in the English language is "if." If we had a free press, we'd be better off. We don't, that's the way it is. It didn't happen overnight, it isn't a recent phenomenom.

We still can secure decent information, it might not be so "down the middle" that you'd absolutely sense that the commentator lives in a vacuum. A number of sources would serve to inform along with one's own critical thinking.

The mythical "they" don't saddle us with anybody, you have the prerogative to reject, One doesn't become saddled unless he accepts the saddle. I'll tell you, I'm intent upon voting for Mitt Romney and whoever his choice is for VP. You may call that "being saddled," I call it being necessarily pragmatic to taking the best decision I can under the circumstances. The only other choice who can win the next election is Obama. Our nation cannot stand another four years of that!

"They" is not a mythical term. They are the media. They are the Rhinos that change nothing except the name of the person in the chair. I will vote for Romney but only to get rid of Obama. I don't see Romney as the answer but only more of the same. You're wrong in your feeling that we are not saddled with a candidate. There was no choice here. The media started telling us that Romney was the candidate before one person voted. Now there trying to saddle us with Rubio and that does nothing but vindicate Obama's not being NBC.

You TJZ, are absolutely right! I'm still left trying to figure out how a candidate who could not garner 50% of the vote (until the others dropped out) ends up being our nominee!

We had 9 solid Conservative Candidates way back "Once-upon-a-time"...the Conservative vote was SPLIT and Romney won a plurality, i.e. MORE THAN the others did.

It is not and was not a "conspiracy"...we had too many choices. Our votes were split.

That was the primaries.

THE VOTE CAN NOT BE SPLIT NOW.

We need to vote for Romney or we kill Obama and the utter destruction of America.

Realise who "they" are. As long as the Progressives can have both candidates in their pocket, they win no matter who is elected president. They have already taken over the mass media, the education system, and the bureacratic institutions that run the government on a day to day basis.

If you want to change it, the best way in the long run is at the local level and state level. That's where all the federal politicians cut their teeth and make their contacts. Root them out.

In the short term the best bet is to get as many true conservatives as possible elected to the House of Representative and the Senate. Be aware that the Progressives have infiltrated both political parties so you can't make a judgement by that affiliation. You need to research the candidates' voting records and look for patterns. No one issue will show you their philosophy but an overall view of their voting record will show you what positions they support. And if they are for more spending and taxation and more government involvement in your life, then they are Progressives. If you hear the term "sustainable development" in any of their dialog you need to get rid of them. That's code speak for UN Agenda 21 one world government and they are embeded at the very lowest levels of government.

I look at the government as a garden that always needs weeding. The problems occur when the weeding doesn't get done on a regular basis. So vote in every election in every jurisdiction where you can - school, city, county, state, and federal.

The MSM is do a big smear job on Romney.

Romney is not my 1st, or 2nd, or 3rd, or even 4th choice...BUT he IS much more Conservative than the MSM makes him out to be.

If were are Constitutionalists and want our representatives to follow it, then we must. The duty to hold them accountable is the peoples resonsibility and duty assigned to us.

TJZ,

No one saddled you with Marco, you don't even live in Florida. He is MY senator and I am proud to have helped to get him elected. The people of Florida love him and do not have regrets. He looked me directly face to face in the eyes at a tea party before he was a common name and made a promise to always listen and answer his constituents. Will we always agree? No but he always keeps his promise and answers his constituents and explains his reasons for his vote. And when he is wrong like with SOPA he admits it and changes his vote.

And I sat at an event of 400 people with Mitt last month and was 8 rows away from him. He spoke with sincerity especially when talking about veterans. And he gave specifics about which parts of the healthcare bill he would keep and ways to bring healthcare costs under control using a free market approach. He received multiple standing ovations and none of it was televised by even FOX even though they were at the event. And after the event, Mitt stayed and shook hands, hiugged and kissed women and listened as they spoke to him. But what stood out was the way that he stopped and spoke with every single veteran with respect. He did not act like someone who was just showing up and giving a speech but instead like someone who truly cared about taking back America.

We all voted fair and square in the primaries and the majority voted Romney. Gingrich, Santorum and Cain all had online phone banks and people could have affected elections. I believe a free thinking public is what is needed. We have far more resources available in the year 2012 than we had 25 years ago to research and make intelligent decisions. And FYI, Marco won with the propagandist press and the republican party not supporting him. People getting involved and spreading the truth is how elections are won. And statements like your "they saddle us with Rubio" with no facts or proof do as much harm as the MSM does. And Marco would have a positive effect on this election. As we stood in line to vote, every single democratic woman was talking about how great Marco is and came out and proudly stated that they voted for him even though they had never voted for a republican in their lives.
