Standing against big government and for the people!
An Israeli police source told the Law Enforcement Examiner with the Egyptian government in a state of civil unrest due to problems with establishing a civilian government and internal problems with in the military, Islamic terrorist groups are sneaking into Israel from the Sinai Peninsula and attacking Israeli civilians. The latest such violence occurred on Monday morning.
The recent elections showed the Salafists won 125 seats in the Egyptian parliament, although the Egyptian court ruled the results of the election are scrapped. In Gaza, Salafist jihadists consider Hamas too moderate in spite of Hamas' terrorist tactics.

Salafists are extremist Sunnis who believe they are the only true interpreters of the Koran. They are beginning to concern counterterrorism experts since Salafists are gaining more and more power in Egypt following the toppling of Mubarak's regime.
"Salafist jihadism combines a deep respect for the sacred texts with a devotion to a literal interpretation. Salifists have an absolute commitment to jihad, and their number-one target is America, perceived as the greatest enemy of their faith," according to counterterrorism expert Neal Ahearn, a former police commander of an anti-terrorism unit.

While the Muslim Brotherhood is considered a radical group by many, the Salafists believe groups such as MB, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and other groups are not radical enough.
The Blaze reported that as a result of this and other recent violence originating in the Sinai, the IDF made the unusual move on Monday to position tanks closer to the border with Egypt, according to Ynet.

This attack on ISRAEL…
Maybe done by the muslim brotherhood to cement their power in Egypt
Maybe done by the Military of Egypt to cement their power in Egypt
Maybe done with a wink and a nod from Iran
Maybe by another muslim group,

Atop Sinai official denied claims that Egypt allowed Gazan terrorists to infiltrate its territory and carry out an attack that killed an Israeli civilian Monday morning. “Sinai is secure and controlled on our side and any infiltrator is arrested immediately,” said North Sinai Govenor Abdel Wahab Mabrouk.
An unnamed military official claimed that Palestinian terrorists were not operating in Sinai or working to infiltrate Israel.
'Security forces that canvassed the area found AK-47 rifles, grenades, uniforms and munitions, Brig.-Gen. Mordechai said.' from YNET.
The AP reported The incident underscored the Egyptian government’s increasing loss of control over the Sinai, where political turmoil, weak policing and difficult terrain have encouraged Islamic militant activity.
Israel had been bracing for possible attacks from the area after rockets believed fired from Sinai struck southern Israel over the weekend.

Permalink Reply by Michael Boyd on June 19, 2012 at 6:43pm Barack Hussein Obama is smiling mightily over this one! Tragically, he has been extremely successful in instigating radical Islam throughout the Middle East and supporting the thug regime that aims at hegemony in the region - Achmadinejad and his group of freak, terrorist mullahs!

Permalink Reply by Rich Knoch on June 19, 2012 at 6:58pm Egypt is suffering from bloody birth pains, the partial fault of obama as he stepped aside when Coptic Christians were slaughtered.
The military is taking control as everyone already knows what happens when terrorists, the Muslim Brotherhood or other warring factions take control.
Many Egyptian military officers and upper enlisted were trained in the USA and have an affinity for Democracy and Fair Treatment. The obama Regime purposely hid this from the public as their objective was to see Egypt burn down and fall under control of their Bretheren . . . . the Muslim Brotherhood, Sharia Law and Islamic Terrorists.
The military seems to be the only way to stop this from occurring . . . . it will get dicey, thanks to our useless president and secretary of state, the rodham.
Permalink Reply by S. Phillip Stein on June 19, 2012 at 7:04pm There's so many factional interests in Egypt that it's anybody's guess where this will land. If the Salafists are more violent than the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, it won't be long before the Egyptian internal power struggle gets round to assassinations. In the meantime, Israel needs to observe and be in a state of readiness, it never knows when all the Arab bickering would suddenly convert to Arab unity against Israel. It can expect little to no material assistance from an Obama regime.
None of the three mentioned Arab political-terrorist groups have the support of the Egyptian armed forces. The military leaned towards Mubarak, who is now reported as being on life-support, following another heart attack. I continue to question how Mubarak's arrest, incarceration, and being roughed up by interrogations has shortened that man's life. He may have been a tough, militaristic ruler, but he kept the lid on Egypt and had a group of high Egyptian militarists in his corner.
When Obama announced that Mubarak must step down, many of us heard the words of a lame U.S. President who knows nothing of foreign policy. However, to the outside world, especially the Arab powers, like him or not, they heard the words of the U.S. President. That created much of the impact for Mubaraks overthrow. It was an Obama screw-up....Egypt is as much on "life-support" as its former President
In the meantime, the Muslim Brotherhood has a seat at the White House, while it undermines whatever stability can be found in the Arab M.E. neighborhood. The same Muslim Brotherhood is being financed by Saudi Arabia, which is in the habit of buying power rather than warring for it.
That Egyptian military will still have plenty to say about Egypt's eventual government. It is actually more stable than any of the Egyptian political alliances.
That-a-boy obummer. That idiot has almost destroyed the entire world.

Permalink Reply by Frank Joseph Linane on June 19, 2012 at 7:35pm islam the1400 year old total farce. One read of the pathetic 'quran' is all one needs to know; that this is one insane mans and his alter egos' go to puppet, pathetic attempt to control those in his reach. It( the 'quran) is no more than a perveted farce, from the first word to the last. It is not only incoherent, convoluted, plagiarized, and sick; it is blame or attributes its authorship to God, (well 'allah') who 'islam try's to claim as the God of Hebrews and Christians. Of course any cursory reading of the scriptures and the 'quran's attempt at being a continuation of them will make you laugh and cry at the same time. The only reason this fraud has been allowed to exist for so long is because of PC-ness. There can be no other reason. 'islam' needs to outed for the baloney it is, for no other reason than it is rotten baloney. Some baloney is fine when it does not affect those who chose not to eat it, but rotten baloney, and it being forced on the world is way to much PC-ness to eat.
