N.C. voters OK ban on gay marriage

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – North Carolina voters approved a state constitutional amendment Tuesday declaring marriage is solely between a man and a woman, dealing a setback to gay-rights advocates.

Approval means North Carolina becomes the 30th state with such a constitutional provision.

The constitutional change solidifies a state law in place banning same-sex marriage.

The tradition of marriage is more than just a tradition - it's a necessity to procreate, which requires one man and one woman, and when that usually enjoyable act produces progeny, as is now being understood and touted by persons of higher I.Q. that that of... snakes, for example, it becomes necessary for the man to teach "man" things to the child, and the woman to teach "woman" things to the child, so that the child, along with all the other children produced in that same manner and trained accordingly will comprise the next generation of the ever-evolving human race.

Those who disagree, mostly homosexuals and lesbians, should simply learn that marriage isn't a "right", it's the only correct way to produce the next generation, and they can't or won't do that. Unless you are of the same mind as Bill Gates, who wants to eliminate billions of human beings for the sake of, a.) the planet, b.) convenience of Oligarchal control, and c.) the new world order (whatever that is), there is nothing easier to understand than that.

Not to worry; if God sees that things are not going to His liking, He'll handle it and make it right again. It has been His intent since the beginning of time.

Most Americans are in the majority when it comes to moral standards. Thr crazies just make so much fuss that they usually end up getting their way, ie; Madeline Murry Ohare.

As for the Presidential election, look out for the same tricks and deceit as went on in 2008. We will need poll watchers and someone in every ballot counting facility.

I hope this trend continues. We need to some how Energize the Voters. This country is Suppose to be the " Craddle, " of Democracy. How come we only have 23.8 % turnout on an average Election Day. The energy BO created in '08 was still so low. We are a Free Country ( for now), but if we don't get out the vote, it could jeprodize our Freedom in this Country.

Politico.com just reported that Obama announced that he now has no objection to gay marriage. It's just another classic "flip-flop," this time to secure the gay vote. Personally, I don't care if a state wants to legalize civil unions as a relationship that includes the same privileges, rights and duties that straight folks enjoy as a married couple, JUST DON'T CALL THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TWO MEMBERS OF THE SAME SEX A "MARRIAGE"...because it is NOT! Marriage and matrimony are religious terms, and it was never intended that they be applied to a homosexual relationship. Names matter!
