Now that they and Obama are in power, they have their opportunity to neutralize the US military and any projection of force or diplomacy that puts the interests of the USA ahead of those of other nations, even though that is the goal of U.S. foreign policy. They allow our enemies to attack us and insult us and try in every way to provoke a fight, and the Leftist answer is to apologize to them and try to “negotiate” from a position of utter weakness.

Anything Obama, his minions, the DNC, or “good” Democrats have to say has no closer relation to truth than what is needed for that portion of the electorate who does or may vote for the Democrats. However, they change their tune when it comes to our enemies.
When it comes to the enemies of the USA, who caused 9/11 and killed 3,000 Americans, they argue that we should forgive and forget and build a mosque on that sacred ground, because Muslims are sensitive and people too.
This time around, after the sworn enemies of America sodomized, tortured and killed an American Ambassador; and after they murdered Americans (who were fathers, brothers, and sons of Americans) in an embassy that is considered our national property, the Progressives suddenly change their tune again.
Free speech is suddenly kicked to the curb by Progressives to protect the followers of an ideology that seeks our demise. They argue that the Islamic Fascist murderers are not responsible for their actions, because their religion and its prophet were denigrated in a film. Their feelings are hurt and they are sad.
The cognitive dissonance and mental instability of those that dub themselves “Progressive” is staggering and appalling, but mostly treasonous.
